Vision Beyond the Years: Optometry’s Role in Aging Eye Care

The Integrated Philippine Association of Optometrists (IPAO) will hold its National Convention 2026 on November 19–20, 2026, at Novotel Manila Araneta City, Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City.

Carrying the theme “Vision Beyond the Years: Optometry’s Role in Aging Eye Care,” the two-day convention will focus on the evolving role of optometry in addressing the visual and eye care needs of an aging population. The event will bring together optometrists and eye care professionals for learning, professional exchange, and discussions on emerging developments in aging eye care.

The convention will also mark a significant milestone for IPAO as the organization celebrates its 50th Founding Anniversary. The golden anniversary provides an opportunity to recognize five decades of contributions to the advancement of optometry in the Philippines while looking toward the profession’s continuing growth and development.

The IPAO National Convention 2026 and 50th Founding Anniversary will bring together the organization’s members and partners to commemorate its history, celebrate its milestones, and look ahead to the future of Philippine optometry.
